RETURN POLICY

Returns of products purchased through the e-shop are accepted within fourteen (14) days as long as there is proof of purchase. The 14 days start from the date of receipt of the order.

You can:

a) return the product to the Warehouse. In this case, the customer at 54 Grigoriou Auxentiou street will be responsible for the shipping charges, you will need to have the proof of purchase. The products to be returned must be in excellent condition, without damage, scratches and in its original packaging. 

Charges:

In the event that an incorrect product has been shipped, the charge for return shipping is borne by the store. 

If you do not wish to keep the product you ordered for your own reasons, then you are responsible for the return shipping charges.  

****The Return Cost you incur is 5.5€ including VAT 

It is good to inform us before the Return is made so that we can give you the Code of the Courier we work with.

It will take 14 days for us to process your return request and for you to be reimbursed. This period starts from the moment all products to be returned are received at our Store.
